Eat:: Peggy Porschen cupcakes


If you know me then you'll know I'm a sucker for cupcakes. Making your own is great and I often whip up a batch but buying them when there are such great bakers out there- well, it would be rude not to give them all a try.

When I'm in London it's usually a no brainer but to head to any Hummingbird Bakery near you (hello Red Velvet!), however, I was recently bought birthday cupcakes from Peggy Porschen and it has changed the cupcake game!

I was given banoffee and salted caramel; I love salted caramel and these were a winner. Cutting through the cupcake there was a gooey layer of caramel inside and the frosting was perfect, not too sweet and perfectly decorated with salted caramel chocolate shards. Heaven. Just writing about them makes me want to go back more!
