Current Favourites IV

I haven't done any favourites in such a long time; not since some time before Christmas I think. Life is busy but I'm embracing home life more. I love being at home and with the weather in Devon doing nothing but raining since November it's no hard feat to do nothing but turn the heating on, diving under the blankets and staying in. With my hibernating, it's pretty reflective that all my current favourites are home based.

REGULAR GIRLS// I don't listen to many podcasts as I don't have the right tools to make this happen on my drive to work but the one I listen to week in and week out is Regular Girls. It is exactly what it says, 2 friends chatting about anything that you would chat with your besties about over tea. Hosted by Renee Young and Stacey McGunnigle (hi guys, I'm ready to be your friend at a moments notice) they literally chat about anything and everything: The Bachelor, Glossier, the drama of having family visiting. It's just so relatable and I urge you all to listen to it.

MY BED// Yes I'm living the rock n roll dream. But guys, I've seriously been loving climbing into bed earlier than I have been in a long while and just settling into reading instead of scrolling through my phone.

BLOOM & WILD FLOWERS// I love Bloom & Wild as an idea but never quite got round to treating myself or friends/family. So when I came down the stairs on the morning of my birthday and I spotted their packaging I was excited to say the least. They are so carefully packaged and with great after care instructions. I love having flowers in the house so this was a very very welcomed delivery.

THE ORDINARY// I have had a couple of her products which have become a staple but I hadn't gone to their standalone store until January this year. Well, I budgeted myself so I didn't come away with it all. I picked up my staples but added a couple of things that I wanted to try out after reading good reviews. I bought the AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution; I'm using it once a week so no real difference just yet but I'm looking forward to seeing if it does anything. I also bought the Serum Foundation as I was running out and it was so cheap. But since using it, it's not just cheap it's good. I'm trying to not go for as heavy coverage as I'm trying to let the skin breathe. This gives enough coverage for day-to-day and I like how it feels.
